As with all the services on offer at City Address the business mailbox rental service includes a real street address with no box, office or unit numbers. Just your name and our address. Ideal for new and established businesses alike.
With the Personal Mailbox Rental service there are no mail handling fees or charges, receive as much or as little as you like in up to 4 individual names for a fixed monthly or annual fee. Collect any parcels within 1 week and there will be no storage fees either. Parcels stored for over 1 week will incur a storage fee.

Mailbox V’s Po Box – Although the Mailbox Service from City Address and Royal Mail™ are similar there are some significant differences you should be aware of, Its not just the price.
Did you know that couriers such as TNT, UPS, DPD and DHL cannot deliver to Po Boxes as such the only mail you can receive is from Royal Mail making online shopping and receiving returns for example out of reach

The Mailbox Rental Service (sometimes referred to as Mail Holding or Po Box) is a simple straight forward virtual mailing address.
This service will provide you with a safe, secure and confidential address to receive your mail including letters, packages and parcels which will be held for you to collect. Great for home based businesses, start up businesses or businesses looking to establish a presence in a whole new area.
What will my address be?
As we do not use box numbers your address will simply be our address and your name.

Who is City Address?
City Address has been in the industry since 2008 providing an extensive range of virtual address services to both businesses and individuals.
How will I know I have mail?
Each day you receive mail we will let you know by sending you an email. You can then call into branch during opening hours to collect your mail.
When can I collect my mail?
All our branches with the exception of Initial Business Centre, are open 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. Our Initial Business Centre location is open 09:00 to 19:30. Between 17:00 and 19:30 Initial Business Centre will be open exclusively for deliveries and collections.
Can I use a box number if I want to?
Although we sort incoming mail by name, we do issue mailbox numbers, so we know where to put your mail and you know where to collect it from. If you’d prefer to use a mailbox number you can. This must be the number we allocated when you first signed up and we will still need the name of everyone receiving mail.
Can I use the address as a registered office?
In order to use our address as the registered office of a company you will need to order the Registered Office Service.
Can I receive parcels?
Yes the standard mailbox service does allow you to receive parcels up to 20 kg in weight an measuring up to 61 x 46 x 46cm (standard parcel) subject to any storage fees shown in the pricing table.

How do I sign up?
You can signup to your mailbox rental service quickly and easily online. Simply select the required service from the pricing table and complete the straight forward sign up for.
Any order received before 1pm on business days will be processed and activated the very same day.
Will You forward my mail onto me?
The Mailbox Rental service is designed especially for those who wish to collect their mail from our location. If you’d prefer your mail to be forwarded either by Post, Courier or Scan to Email please see our Mail Forwarding Service Here.
We understand there may be occasions when you are unable to collect, if this is the case simply contact us and we can arrange a one off mail forwarding (you would be responsible for the cost of forwarding)
Is there a minimum term?
TheMailboxCentre.co.uk offer its services on a range of billing options from 1 months right up to annual. The minimum term would be whatever you choose during signup. If you opt for the 1 month service the minimum term would be one month, if you opt for the 12 month service the minimum term would be 12 months,
To end the service all we require is 7 days written notice. Simply send us an email at least 7 days before your renewal date and we will get things cancelled for you.
