Can I use my home address as my registered office?
Yes of course. Providing your home address is within the same legal jurisdiction as your company you can use your home address if you wish and don’t mind this becoming public information.
Before choosing to use your home address you should be aware that this will be published online. You should also carefully check your lease, tenancy agreement, mortgage agreement and insurance policies as these often contain clauses preventing “business use”
